Ya Smell Me?

We always hate suffering, & become glad when it is over; we hate even to see it coming.

If a man wants to take the crown from the Champion, but his training never includes suffering, he will probably rest among the losers.  If he is to be among the winners, his training will always include suffering.

Suffering is like a fart: it is better that you go through it than to let it keep going through you.

What Grows In Outer Space?

Better is an adjective that means comparatively superior to one alike/similar in form &/or function.

To become better is a choice. This means that, based on people's tendency to improve themselves, some people will achieve higher degrees of self-worth; also, a man's value is determined by his sense (knowledge) of self.

Better is, at least in part, alien to common. The better man is, at least in part, alien to the common man; if they are unable to communicate, a state of war will easily grow -- the form of one's word (intent) is determined by the speaker, but the message by the hearer.

What is our assessment of ourselves, who live on Earth? We have named our planet uniquely among the others that exist within our neighborhood -- they, unlike us, are all named after gods.  The common soil is, by definition, inferior to the divine (yet we tend to believe that life only lives here).

Understanding (peace) exists only where a word's form & message intersect.

Solitude, is darkness.

"O, what type of ignorance is this? It's just like a ni77a, to say, Ignorance is bliss." -801

Everyone seems to know (something). Everyone seems to think they know (something).  Since I know that it is true that they seem to know (something), I am forced to ask a question: Does everyone only seem to know, or does everyone actually know (something)? What can be known that can be definitively deemed qualified to be called knowledge?

Many more arguments (problems) exist than people. There are approximately 6.8 billion people living on the planet Earth; it is not possible that everyone knows (whatever they know). I am forced to ask myself, "Does anyone know (anything)?"

Knowledge emerges from what can be verified by the senses (or, sensibly); all else exists only within the real known as Imagination.  If people choose to base their views on many things that cannot be sensed, there will almost certainly be a good deal of senseless behavior.

Insensitivity is the best solution for anyone who fears pain; knowledge of self begins with a study of self.

Keep your enemies close.

"If you want to make peace, you don't talk to your friends; you talk to your enemies." -Moshe Dayan

Anxiety is a decision; so is peace of mind.

Stop hitting yourself.

It is apparent to me that nature is not full of "forces." The word force indicates offense & defense, which embody competition. It is evident that nature is a cooperative system.

As heads is opposite tails on a coin, so is receiving opposite giving. (What, then, is opposite taking?)

A person who worries much is frequently divided against self, to one's own hurt. Why should a person worry, for instance, about throwing away food when it provides necessary organic matter that will some day help a landfill become a forest? New ideas naturally grow from new perspectives.

Stop worrying; Big Brother is watching you.

Have no fear.

How is it that there have been many generations of sons born to men, & men have yet been waiting for the coming of the Son of Man?

It is written that the truth will set you free. If you are truly not free, neither your science nor religion are built on truth (facts).

If you are in bondage, it is by choice. All agreements originate in the decision to temporarily relinquish one or more liberties. A bond is the basis of all mutual agreements.

"I'm not questioning your powers of observation. I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is." -V (V for Vendetta)

Wikipedia defines the Super Hero as a fictional character of 'extraordinary or superhuman powers' dedicated to protecting the public.

The Super Hero doesn't uphold the law. The Super Hero is a vigilante; he shows & proves that one takes the law into one's hands only to break it.

Black's Law Dictionary, 1996, says that "a bad person represents the best test of what the law actually is because that person will carefully calculate precisely what the rules allow & operate up to the rules' limits (cf. bad-man theory)."

The Super Hero goes beyond the bounds of law to carry out his plans & uphold an independent set of values--further than the so-called "bad-man," who accepts common rule of law, popular ideas, & the values adopted by society. Thus, at best, the Super Hero is bad.

If the Super Hero is the Criminal, who & what is the Villain?

Growing Up

Single-celled organisms operate completely according to what they feel; they have no other way to interact with their environment.

Humans are much more complex than single-celled organisms.
